The café is very friendly and small—right in the hotel—and the pastries and cakes are sensational. The wellness area could stay open longer.

We loved everything—stunning views, very cozy and clean rooms, the staff were very friendly and attentive, perfect for a couple.

The hotel is located outside the town but close enough to drive or bike to the town centre or cable cars. The staff were always friendly and helpful. A special highlight was the optional breakfast on the Alm 1350, which included a short hike before the meal. I would definitely do it again, and the place is very family‑friendly.

We were blown away by our holiday; the hotel was spot on, situated in a fantastic spot with a gorgeous view, and the staff were absolutely fantastic.
