The staff were friendly and kind. They were ready to give help and info. Great tips for volcanic tours. Nothing, everything went well.

The managers were available, the breakfast was good. The room was a bit dark and a bit dated.

Nice place. Bang in the center of the Town. Very Polite & Helpful staff. We arrived in the evening and had an excellent dinner at the adjacent restaurant (even though we had no reservations) … The gentleman very kindly helped us find our way to the parking area which is actually just behind the property, but approached in a roundabout way. Breakfast is sufficient & decent… Rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. They very kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases & baggage after checkout so we could drive to Mt. Etna … If nothing – I would definitely recommend this place because of the friendly Staff. Rooms don’t have much natural light and so appear a bit dull and glum… but eh attitude of the owners & staff more than make up for it!

La posizione, molto comoda x visitare il parco dell'Etna il personale molto disponibile e cortese, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenze del cliente, dispone di parcheggio interno nelle vicinanze ci sono svariati locali dove soddisfare il proprio appetito. La vista dell'Etna dalla camera.tanta roba. Nulla da segnalare
