“Très agréable a part le Check in.”
Everything was fine except the lack of a small welcome gift at the reception. The same issue repeated elsewhere.

The location is perfect, just inside the arch of Montepulciano, and a short walk from the bus station. Bruno was very professional and helped us book the perfect wine tasting; his communication was excellent and very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

The location was fantastic, and breakfast came from a local café that served what might have been the best croissants of our 1.5‑week Italian trip. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. It was a bit noisy until the restaurants below closed around 11 p.m., but turning on the fan or AC helped drown out the noise. We actually enjoyed hearing and seeing the lively street below!

The location was great for exploring beautiful Montepulciano, just inside the town walls. The room offered stunning valley views and had plenty of space for the two of us. Bruno was a real champion and a credit to the company; he helped with a taxi when we were stuck 9 km away, arranged a wine tasting, and showed us genuine Italian hospitality. Nothing to add—top drawer.

The location was fantastic, just near the gate to the old streets of Montepulciano. We stayed on the 3rd floor, where the valley view was great, and we even caught a thunderstorm in the evening, which made the trip more romantic. The lack of an elevator could be an issue, especially if you have a heavy suitcase that needs to reach the 3rd floor.
