“Will never ever recommend or come back”

I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel, as it was incredibly dirty and had a range of issues. The washroom had water dripping from the ceiling, the bedsheets had visible stains, and the toilet had mold. The overall state of the hotel was appalling, making it difficult to enjoy my stay.

“Everything is very much a façade ... look more closely and it's nothing like as grand”

While the hotel's location near the airport was convenient, and I enjoyed watching an Indian wedding party from a distance, my stay was marred by several disappointments. The hotel lacked a bar, which was a major oversight, and the breakfast options were limited and overpriced. It's clear that the hotel primarily caters to wedding events and looks grander than it actually is. I would recommend looking beyond the initial impressions and carefully considering the hotel's true state.

“Pathetic stay”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including worn-down rooms and loud music at 3am. What was even more disturbing was that the owners were hosting a party, completely disregarding the comfort of their guests. To make matters worse, they still haven't provided me with my GST bill, which raises serious suspicions about their business practices.

“This poorly managed, dirty establishment fails to deliver on its 4-star boutique claim”

While the hotel's proximity to the airport was a major selling point for us, it unfortunately didn't make up for the numerous issues we encountered during our stay. The hotel was dirty in many areas, with stained towels and bedsheets, and the staff seemed incompetent, often standing around doing nothing. The swimming pool was also closed without any indication, and they didn't even serve alcohol.

The food was great, but the whole pool area was closed with no notice at booking and no compensation from the hotel.
