After the earthquake, the staff handled everything politely despite the difficult circumstances, and the parking attendant stayed outside the entire time. Unfortunately, the staff were also affected by the quake and couldn’t serve breakfast, which was disappointing. I hope normal operations resume soon.

The room was spacious enough for a single night’s stay, came with breakfast and was very cheap, and I appreciated being moved to a women‑only floor. The only downside was that the air‑conditioner couldn’t be fine‑tuned, making it a bit too cold.

We got a card key for each guest, the rooms were roomy, there was a separate large public bath that was comfortable and very clean, and each floor offered unlimited free ice, which was fantastic; nothing negative to mention.
