This was a hotel I would highly recommend, with very clean and sweet staff and a cozy spot close to the pedestrian street… Everything was OK.

Nice house with several very comfortable rooms, hosts very friendly, breakfast quite complete, parking outside the door. No need to charge extra for cappuccino, and it would also be nice to offer some kind of natural juice.

The location was great, but the room was so tiny we couldn't fit our luggage anywhere.

The staff were friendly and the spot was perfect—just a short stroll from Alaçatı’s center. Yet when we arrived, we got a different room than the one we’d booked; we’d chosen a ground‑floor room based on the photos, but the one we saw was actually better because it was smaller and had visible mold, so the change turned out fine for us. Still, the first handling was unsatisfactory: the receptionist claimed all other rooms were full, yet I could see available ones. The room we received was brand new but clearly unclean—dust on the terrace and outdoor chairs, muddy water in the shower suggesting it hadn’t been flushed, and the AC was broken, forcing us to move again the next day. Rooms are generally small. During our 5‑night stay, the sheets never changed, and the housekeeping staff only replaced the toilet paper when we asked daily. Breakfast was decent but identical each morning, becoming repetitive after five days.
