Everything was present, even a filter coffee machine with filters included. The owner was incredibly kind and welcomed us late in the evening, guiding us to our room.

This was our third visit and we’ve always been satisfied. The rooms are small, and tall people need to watch their heads because of the sloped ceilings, but they’re still top quality. We mostly stayed there just to sleep, so the rooms were more than enough. There’s some storage space and a small kitchenette. We can’t complain; it was plenty for our needs. The landlord always greeted us warmly, and we could always turn to him with questions or problems. Thanks, and see you next time!

The location is perfect, especially when attending the HanseMesse. Good value for money and very comfortable. The staff communicated well during key handover and explained the accommodation. Nothing specific to mention. It’s ideal for one or two people for a few nights, and also great for work.

Because it was very hot, we were pleased to have a ceiling fan. Great, since these are attic apartments.

Perfect for a relaxed summer short trip with a bike. Excellent green setting (IGA Park) between Rostock and Warnemünde, right on the Warnow beach. Warnemünde and Rostock are easily reachable by bike. The building sits in a small village settlement. Parking is right at the building. Inviting seating in the garden and a bike garage. The room’s equipment is functional and completely sufficient. Neat and clean, reliable contact, friendly and straightforward. I’ll definitely come back. For cyclists, the location might also benefit from knowing that decent bike paths and proper signage beyond the IGA Park are lacking. Along the Warnow toward the Baltic/Warnemünde and toward the Rostock harbor, industry and commerce lie, so you’ll have to navigate a 15‑minute stretch on a less picturesque road if you want to avoid major detours. It’s worth it, though.
