“Calm & peaceful”
It’s close to the facility I needed, but the WiFi in my room got bad after four days.

I loved that the place isn’t too big and is practical for moving around; the service was wonderful, especially Thairy the receptionist and Don Pedro who attended us very well. The tower where I stayed was great, very isolated from the crowds which added to the relaxation. The downside was that they didn’t give me the room for two days, and there should have been more selection for arriving guests; a group of very hurried people arrived, and it seemed like they devoured the food, which lowered the hotel’s quality in my view.

The facilities are good, but the food was lacking.

I really liked the room and how clean it was. The staff were attentive and the service good. It was odd, though, that in Tower Cobá the shower stalls had no space or shelves for soap, shampoo, etc. A large group of teachers came and made a lot of noise at night and very early in the hallway. They should stop refilling thermoses and use dispensers for shampoo or something more eco‑friendly.

The staff were great, the place was clean and calming, and the area felt safe and practical. I couldn't find anything I didn't like.
