The entire hotel concept is very good. I still remember the hotel from its old “Vitale” days, and I always liked staying there back then. The location at the Embarcadero is unbeatable, and the equipment and the comfort of the beds are very, very good.

Hotel in an excellent location!!! Facing the ferry building, on Saturdays there’s an amazing food market. Even when we returned from a bike trip to Solsito, we took a ferry that simply dropped off right in front of the hotel. Excellent location. Excellent hotel. Excellent, amazing concierge. Nothing else. Excellent hotel!!!

Location, style, comfort. No breakfast buffet - just a shop with limited options

Location next to Ferry building. We were given a dingy room, no natural light
