Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
We checked in at 21:00 with a group of 18, only to find our assigned spots already taken by other guests. Even though we had booked in February, the issue persisted after half a year. Nothing else was enjoyable; the hotel and its service were disappointing.

Good location close to the old town, ac in the room. First of all, the address on booking is missing the street number. All hotels on that street have similar names. It was difficult to find and then the lady at the reception who spoke no English said I didn't have a booking and send me away. After the manager of another hotel investigated and made some calls they acknowledged my booking, which I already paid for. In the end I spent the first night in another hotel and then here. No apology at all. Then the breakfast starts late, at 09.00. All tours start at 09.00, so impossible to have breakfast. They arranged a box, but it's just cold food and no coffee. Very strange that they didn't clean the room at all while I was there, at least to empty the bins. Not a bad place, but plenty to improve
