The location alone was fine, but the place was dirty, never matching the photos, with awful sheets, a filthy room, and bad floor cleanliness. The staff never appreciated my membership at check‑out.

Every staff member, from Mahmoud, Kareem, Ahmed, Alyaa, to the maintenance team and helpers, was respectful with a bright smile; they truly deserve raises. Everything was flawless, better than many 7‑star hotels, I swear.

All the staff on both day and night shifts were professional, fluent, and communicative; I especially appreciated Ahmed, Mahmoud, Kareem at reception, Mis. Alyaa, and the maintenance crew including Mis. Khlood – I’ll definitely return. Everything was perfect, especially the staff.
