This is a trusted hotel that has become a staple in our Texas trips, offering great service, always clean and comfortable regardless of room type or floor, ensuring a restful stay.
The location was great, but the staff seemed non‑existent.
“A nightmare. I would not stay here again”
Nothing good; everything was terrible. The hotel was horrible.

The staff tried their best to understand us even though they didn’t speak Spanish, and the room was spacious and comfortable; however, the wardrobe was too small and made it hard to fit our luggage.
Everything was fine except the water situation. We checked in at 3 pm and found no water in the rooms; nobody mentioned a leak until we called the front desk, which told us it would be fixed in 4 hours, yet by 9:30 pm there was still no water.
