We appreciated the clean, contemporary look of the hotel; the beds were super comfortable, the showers were great, and the front desk staff were professional and friendly.

I liked the location, showing the other side of Madison beyond the city centre, and the staff were very friendly and cheerful. However, the same breakfast every day felt excessive, especially for longer stays, and I wished housekeeping happened daily without a request; I was annoyed to return at night to a dirty room because I had forgotten to ask for cleaning, and even when I requested it, they only made the bed and left.

A genuinely nice and clean place; the walk‑in shower was pleasant and there were convenient spots for suitcases, but the room lacked a living‑room chair.

The hotel was clean, but the breakfast lacked variety and needed more hot options.

The room was roomy and spotless. The breakfast left something to be desired.
