The only thing that was decent was the hotel’s exterior and its location. The room felt like a prison cell – very small, with a dirty carpet and worn furniture, making it very uncomfortable. The shower was almost unusable; the curtain stuck to the toilet because everything was so cramped, which was terrible. On top of that, you have to climb 60 narrow stairs – there’s no elevator – a real ordeal for anyone over 50.

The hotel’s proximity to the nearest U-Bahn station and the nearby dining options were great, and the breakfast itself was also good. However, the bathroom was tiny and there was no flexibility with the breakfast hours – we had to leave the hotel early in the morning and missed the breakfast.

The location was fantastic, with all attractions within walking distance and Paddington Station just around the corner. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower barely usable. The room was far from comfortable, so for our family it turned out to be the wrong choice.

Esta super bien ubicado, la cercanía al metro y a la zona de cafeterias. La recepcionista no hablaba nada de español, y el desayuno super pobre (jamon y queso, pan de molde, cereales en paquetes individuales y maquina de cafe), tienen dos horas para el desayuno a las 8 o a las 9 que tienes que decidir cuando haces el chekin, el primer día no pudimos desayunar porque sólo podiamos a las 8 y nos dijo que estaba lleno
