The hotel sits in a handy spot, stays tidy, and offers every basic need, making it solid value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the toiletries could be better, the beds creaked a bit, and face towels weren't included—though you can order them separately. The area feels a little eerie at night, even though the location itself is convenient.

The place is close to downtown Montreal. The bedding lacks comfort.

The front desk operates 24/7, letting me check in early and drop off keys in the middle of the night; the receptionists speak basic French but are always ready to help. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were well kept, and housekeeping came daily. It’s only a 4‑minute walk from Berry UQAM metro. However, the sound insulation is very poor.
