The room was pretty nice and clean, but the staff were extremely rude, trying to brush you off the property while you waited for an Uber or someone to pick you up, and they seemed discriminatory; I even thought about suing them.

The only thing I liked was that I got my money back for the BS, yet the staff were horrible, with zero customer service, they kicked me out after 30 minutes because they received a complaint, and they tried to make me pay extra for a room I had already paid for—I'm from out of town, so that was disrespectful and I couldn't even bond with my family.

I was really disappointed with my stay, which I felt was overpriced at $224. The room had several issues, including a toilet that didn't work properly, a drawer infested with roaches, and a door that wouldn't close unless I slammed it shut.
