The hotel was very nice. They helped us arrange our transfer from Göreme to Pamukkale, making everything easier. A special thanks to manager **Ali**, very kind and helpful: thank you for everything! We stayed in a **very large family room**, perfect for a family, with a **really huge and comfortable double bed**. The space was ample and we were very comfortable. A major strength of the hotel is definitely the pools. There are **two pools**: one in the slide area, very fun, and a second quieter one that also has a small pool for younger kids. The **slides are great**, super fun for both kids and adults! The **free shuttle service** was also very convenient, taking us straight to the **South Gate of the Pamukkale site**, letting us start the visit from the top. The location is excellent and very close to the center. After visiting Hierapolis and walking across the beautiful terraces of the “Cotton Castle”, you go straight down to the village and in a flash you’re back at the hotel. **The hotel restaurant is recommended**: very convenient after a day of sightseeing and a great option if you don’t want to go out again in the evening. The only downside was the breakfast. It’s mainly Turkish style and reflects local tastes and habits, but for us Italians the options were very limited.

The staff. Little experience in dining. The cocktails were terrible, they don't know how to make a cocktail, there is no menu, and no suitable glasses.
