The place had a good location, staff were helpful and pleasant, and overall comfort was adequate, so I’d stay again. I did not like that the carpet in my room was still damp the first night; it’s great that they shampoo the carpets, but they need to be completely dry before guests arrive.

The property is next to 2 other hotels so getting food delivered or anything is very confusing. They claim the wifi is free wifi but it doesn’t even work!

It’s always my favorite place to stay when I’m in town. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make everyone who says here feel pleasant.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the service was excellent. The only downside was that the food left a lot to be desired.

The spot is convenient for the concert at ruoff, the bed was comfy, and the hot breakfast was decent. However, the pillows were tiny, so when you shift you end up with your head hanging off.
