The hotel is run with a lot of passion and attention to detail! The staff are super attentive and the tasteful ambience lets body and soul slow down! Highly recommended are the extraordinary breakfast and the exquisite dinner menu! Our stay was perfect!

I spent a four‑day stay at Hotel Fackelgarten and was absolutely thrilled. I had a smaller room that was perfectly adequate and wonderfully cozy. The impeccable cleanliness deserves special mention. Breakfast was especially good and a real highlight for me. The selection left no wishes unmet, and enjoying all that with a great view of the water was the perfect start to the day. The entire team was also extremely hospitable and attentive. This isn’t a negative, just a tip: because the hotel is very central, you should note that on Saturday evenings with the window open you can hear the partying people outside; with the window closed it’s pleasantly quiet.

The location was very nice, the room very clean. The staff were very friendly and the food was sensational. Breakfast was also perfect. All in all, a perfectly successful stay. There was nothing to complain about.

The location and accommodation were very good, but we would have liked a wider selection of cold cuts at the breakfast buffet. Everything else was fine.

The suite could comfortably fit four people, though there is no elevator; stairs to the second floor are manageable. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location next to the bridge is great, and the area is quick to reach in any direction.
