The setting is great and the host’s attention is excellent, but the room and bathroom feel a bit cramped, especially the shower.

The owner is very friendly, the room is clean and nice, and you can use the fridge and microwave downstairs; the Rudy Kot bandyta is an extra perk. However, you have to wait a few minutes for hot water, which is noted in the rules, and that wasteful water usage isn’t in line with our customs; I hope the owner’s husband, who is also very nice, will eventually fix this issue.
