The food was delicious,the place was absolutely beautiful!. 1. The toilet door in Room 1069 was broken. 2. The checking in process was too long and time wasted. 3. There was only one cafe available during peak season (school holiday),taking too much time to get out drinks. You should open more cafes

The facility is good, but the room had a smell; the bed sheet wasn’t fully dried and had a bad odor, the toilet smelled from the drainage, and the dinosaur sensor was damaged and you could see the damage.

It’s a good spot for a family vacation – the area is clean, very relaxing, and the restaurant’s food is decent, so I’d definitely come back if I can. The downside was the buggy service at the resort: there were too few buggy rides, and because of the high guest volume the buggy queues for check‑in and check‑out were endless. I waited 40 minutes at departure with no buggy arriving, so I ended up dragging my luggage and child to the lobby myself, which is unacceptable. I hope the buggy situation is fixed before my next visit.
