We had a confirmed reservation at this property. After a long trip with two kids, we arrived late for the night and discovered the venue was closed. The phone number we had gave us the information that the place was not operating and we would not be accommodated; the person we spoke to did not feel any guilt. We were left in a difficult situation without lodging. We had to keep traveling and find another place, which was not easy because it was a long weekend.

When I arrived, despite having a booking confirmed through Booking with a receipt, the staff—probably a woman—told me over the phone that there was no reservation. After driving several hundred kilometres on a day off, the situation was unimaginably uncomfortable. I sent her screenshots of the Booking confirmation, but nothing helped; she insisted the reservation didn’t exist. I’m posting this as a warning.

Breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff were very helpful, and the food in the hotel restaurant was tasty.
