The location is good and the rooms stay clean, but the balcony is only available in some rooms; ours had just a small window, so the pictures mislead.

This hotel is close to some really local restaurants, which was a nice touch. However, it was freezing when we arrived, and the bathroom was a bit of a letdown - the shower was in the toilet. Not exactly what you want when you're trying to relax after a long day.

The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown. The elevator was a nice touch, and the view from the window was lovely. I also appreciated the big water refiller in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was freezing at night. The windows were also a bit dodgy and couldn't be closed properly, which meant there were huge gaps for the cold air to seep in.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. It's a friendly family-run place, and the staff were always happy to help with any questions or requests we had. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay.
