The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the action and just a short walk from the West Japan Railway's Tenjin Minami station.
The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was really helpful.
The hotel had a great selection of power outlets and lamps with multiple settings, and the bathtub had a great footrest.

The Double Room – Non‑Smoking provides a double bed on a carpeted floor with heating and air‑conditioning. A flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi‑Fi, telephone, electric kettle, mini‑refrigerator, desk, alarm clock, wake‑up service, a socket beside the bed, air purifiers and a pants press complete the in‑room amenities. The private bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, towels, slippers, free toiletries and toilet paper. Upper floors are reachable by elevator, and the room accommodates up to two guests.

The spot is incredibly convenient, right next to a sports‑goods store with cheap gear, and the street below buzzes with several yatai stalls that often have long lines at night. Behind the hotel there are many tasty restaurants, and it’s under three minutes’ walk to Tenjin Underground Mall, making it unbeatable for shoppers. Unfortunately, part of the hotel was under renovation, so some public areas weren’t as tidy as they could be.
Breakfast and laundry services were provided.
The room is huge. Parking fees for guests are higher than nearby options.

The spot is great, the staff were helpful, and the lobby had a comfortable seating area. The building feels a little old.
The location is right next to the underground mall enterance, the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful. Utilities were all new and good brands too. The cafeteria they have provides free drinks for the guests which is great but if you have some food you bought from a cafe/restaurant they dont allow it. It would be very nice if they let the guests use that space as a 3rd space/ a sitting dining spot even though they havent bought the hotel breakfast
