We really enjoyed the view; it was an authentic spot to connect with nature and the slow pace of life—manicured gardens, an outdoor eating area, and the warmth and friendliness of the owner lady who gave us advice and greeted us at the gate. I would recommend it for a hassle‑free, budget stay. Unfortunately, the driveway wasn’t accessible for our car, but there is plenty of free parking nearby.

A warm welcome and a beautiful spot right by the river, where it's easy to meet other travelers and chat—something you don't see often, so it’s a real bonus. The kitchen lets you make a hot drink, which is handy, and the outdoor benches are great for talking, reading, or just thinking, plus you can keep meeting people. Overall, a lot of positives for this lovely place across the bridge. The beds could be better: the sheets are too short and don’t cover the whole mattress, and the duvet is too light, so you get a bit chilly. Those issues could be fixed easily, and it would be worth it.

The spot is gorgeous, right beside the local waterfall, and it feels like a camping area with camper vans parked in front of the building and picnic tables overlooking the view. The owner speaks perfect English and the bike parking is available.

The place and view are amazing! The host speaks English very well, is very friendly and helpful, the cottage is tidy and cozy. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is awful; the guy in the next room was “blowing” all night, making it hard to sleep. I’d have preferred a bedroom that can be set up in the yard, and there’s no mosquito net.
