The staff communicated excellently even though they weren't physically present. The location was convenient, the bed and pillows were soft, and there was water and a kettle available. The TV was modern, the Wi‑Fi was good, and it was great value for money. However, I found hair and lint on the bed sheets, the washbasin, the hand towels, and the bath towels, all of which carried a faint scent of fabric softener.
