“Wygoda bez luksusów, dostęp do wszystkiego co ptrzebne”
The breakfasts were great, there was access to the gym and pool, the beds and sheets were comfortable, and there were water and snacks on the floors.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Krakow and, although the hotel facilities were decent, the overall experience was severely marred by poor communication, unhelpful staff, and room maintenance problems. Before arriving I sent an inquiry about my booking but never received a reply. When we got there we asked to add one more person to our room for an extra fee, but the front desk and support team refused, offering only the option of booking a separate room for my sister, which was exceptionally expensive and left us with no practical alternative. The reception team fell far short of the professional hospitality expected from the Hilton brand; throughout our interactions the staff seemed unwelcoming and at times noticeably dismissive. There is a severe lack of directional signage for parking, and the reception gave zero instructions. At check‑in they simply asked if we needed a parking spot, to which we said yes, and we ended up parking behind the hotel. It was only at check‑out, when staff asked if we needed an exit ticket, that we realized we had been parked in the wrong area all night without paying for the correct lot. Clear guidance upon arrival should be standard. My sister stayed in Room 507, where the bathroom door lock was broken. Given the high price charged for the room, basic maintenance checks should have ensured everything was fully functional before check‑in. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel in Krakow. The level of service, lack of clear guidance, and room maintenance issues mean the price does not match the quality delivered. I hope management takes this feedback constructively to train front‑desk staff on communication, improve guest guidance, and enforce proper quality control.

The room was lovely, the bathroom very modern, and there was a good desk and lounge chair in addition to the bed; plenty of plugs and charging options, plus a superb water dispenser in the hall. However, there was no fridge in the room, the extra charge to use the pool seemed steep, and the gym lacked a barbell and plates; better signage is also needed to find the gym.
