The hotel was very charming, housed in an old building, beautifully decorated, and right in the historic centre of Puebla. It was comfortable, peaceful and overall very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

The facilities are new and the spaces look great. The rooms are a bit small, and they don’t provide hooks or a dryer on request, so you’ll have to bring your own.

Very central with incredible views from the 2‑bedroom suite on the 7th floor. The beds are very comfortable and the shower powerful. The building is lovely and the vibe is calm and quiet. Breakfast was okay, but the buffet was a bit limited – no meat options and only a few items. The bathroom doors have no locks. The pool is tiny, so we didn’t bother using it. The building is grand but the facilities definitely don’t reach 5 *.

The building is beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring. Breakfast was included and satisfactory, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The room was too hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep (we couldn’t lower the temperature). Room 206.
