The rooms were pretty clean, breakfast was okay, and the pricing was decent. I received a call on the road saying my payment wouldn’t go through even though I had booked a “pay at property” room. I was double‑charged for my room deposit and then had to go through Corporate just to get that deposit back. No one could answer my questions about the deposit, and the check‑in staff—an older lady whose name I can’t recall—was rude and abrupt when speaking with me. I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites across the country and never had a bad experience like this one in Beaumont, Tx. I won’t book here again!

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while.
