The stay was great value; the building was super quiet with blackout shutters, perfect for sleeping. It’s within walking distance of both the train and metro stations, and the nearby bar‑cafe was convenient. We used the Garbatella metro station, less than a 10‑minute walk, and didn’t need the shared kitchen much. For a last‑minute trip, it worked well. I’d recommend it for budget travelers who don’t mind the commute, as the subway is easy to use and only a few stops away. The Wi‑Fi was very weak, so remote workers might struggle. We had a bit of communication trouble at the start but it was resolved quickly. They rushed us to pay the city tax fee, which was new to me, but I would still stay here and recommend it.

I spent two nights at Verrazzano 37 Guest House and was completely satisfied. The room was clean, welcoming, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed that gave me excellent sleep. The bathroom was also tidy, functional, and well‑maintained. I especially appreciated how easy it was to access the property and the room, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a truly positive experience. I recommend the place for anyone looking for tranquility, cleanliness, and comfort during a stay in Rome. I’d gladly return.

The location is excellent, close to the Metro, and the place is clean and comfortable. Sharing the apartment with strangers was initially concerning, but it turned out fine. Getting to the property was confusing at first because I couldn’t reach the manager by phone.
