The place is a classic spot right by the beach with a nice pool and very friendly staff, and the rates are great too.

The team was incredibly helpful and supportive when we had to switch rooms because the upgrade we received didn’t suit our family with kids; the restaurant staff were also super friendly and the kids adored them, especially Kristina and Eleana. The food was great with generous portions, and the location is superb—within a 10‑minute walk you can reach four different beaches and a large park with a playground, plenty of trees, and hiking trails. It sits just outside the busy town of Chania, a 10‑minute drive away, yet still offers the calm of a quieter area. Shops, restaurants, and motorway access are close, and the airport isn’t far either. The building’s modern style and trendy pools add to the vibe, and the gardens are well kept with tropical plants that complete the holiday feel. The only reason we’re giving 9 instead of 10 is that there are a few minor issues that other reviewers have already mentioned.

The hotel is close to the beach, has a good location near a bus stop and a small shop, but the breakfasts are tasty yet repetitive.
