We were drawn back because the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s convenient spot near restaurants and a mall made us feel safe; the food was good and the room was clean. However, at our previous stay at the Hyde, a persistent smoke odor lingered in the bathroom, and even after the staff added diffusers to the room and bathroom it didn’t disappear—something that hadn’t happened before.

The staff were friendly, service was excellent, the food great, and we even received a suite upgrade. Nothing else to add.

The location is second to none, and the restaurant was excellent with healthy options too.

The rooms were spacious, the restaurant was good, and the area was safe for walking. The only drawback was a noticeable amount of wind noise from the 9‑story height during bad weather.
