Everything was dirty, the bed was broken and supposedly fixed, but it really just looked at it. Reaching the host was impossible; they never replied to my last message even after I said anyone could come, and the bed never became usable.
Nothing good. Everything about the room was bad except its location.
There was no room and I’m asking for a refund. There was no room and I’m asking for a refund. I felt sad and uncomfortable because on the second day I had to pay for something, I slept in the car, and I’m not sure what could have happened; I want to file a complaint and request compensation.

The location is great and the staff were easy to communicate with. We asked for extra soap and more sheets, and they responded quickly and supplied the items promptly. They were helpful and friendly, and the private bathroom was a plus. It’s budget friendly. The room was a bit smaller than we expected and there were some minor issues with dirty bedding, but those were fixed fast and efficiently. Outside was very noisy; people were screaming and laughing well past 12 am, so it was hard to sleep with the windows open.
