Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were outstanding, especially Francis whose help and patience touched me; I knocked on his door at 6 am because my flight arrived early, even though check‑in was at 12 pm, and he welcomed me like a sister. The shower had very low water pressure, and the electricity was cut for about 5 hours, but that was a government rule unrelated to the property.

A stay of one or two nights was great—clean and the staff very friendly—but the room is very tight and the bathroom lacks towel hooks.

The price, availability, staff, and breakfast are good, and it’s very close to the ferry, but payment is only in cash at a 2700 TSZ rate, the soundproofing is terrible, and the room is tiny.

I didn't find anything worth mentioning.

The hotel was hidden behind another building off the main road, and the manager greeted us warmly and gave solid suggestions. Unfortunately, our room was left dirty and we never received fresh towels.
