The property sits on a hill in a small, picturesque village with views of the valley and Levanto’s sea. There’s a small parking lot, but street parking is possible thanks to the low local traffic. The building is distinctive and well‑maintained, with ample relaxation areas. The rooms are spacious, bright, quiet, and offer either mountain or Levanto views. The terrace breakfast is superb, with a spectacular view, and all services are impeccable. The staff are friendly, sunny, and ready to meet every need; we were truly satisfied.

The breakfast was excellent, the terrace offered a beautiful view of Levanto, the location was quiet, the garden was lovely with a well‑maintained small pool, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very dark (mountain‑side) on the ground floor, but we were offered a room on the second floor; the sea‑side rooms are definitely brighter. Finding a parking spot in the evening was very difficult—we had to park on the street once and unfortunately received a parking fine right away, which was frustrating because the building apparently has its own parking spaces that were blocked and not offered to us.

The view, atmosphere, and staff were great, but there was no duvet, and the kitchen was not warm in the evenings even though the food was praised in reviews.

A gorgeous spot with a stunning view; the staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good, but the hot water took a while to arrive for a shower.

This was the best hotel and the final stop on our three‑week Italian trip; the setting is stunning, a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Cinque Terre without the crowds. The room was very clean, charming, and had a beautiful view of Levanto’s cove. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. Spritz on the terrace at sunset by the pool felt like a true vacation. I highly recommend it.
