The location. The bathroom has no window, there’s no kettle in the room, the balcony is neglected, and the TV is small and not digital.

The location was nice and the room looked good, but the curtains let in too much light.

Everything was clean and orderly, and booking and check‑in were straightforward, with staff ready to help right away. As I mentioned last year, if you’re looking for a flaw (though it might be my own fault), the windows only have dark curtains, so light still seeps through. My daughter keeps the rooster awake in the morning when she sees light.
