The air‑conditioning worked fine, but our group of three booked three rooms for five nights and either the stove malfunctioned or there were cockroaches hiding behind a bed; a vent cover on the floor was slightly ajar, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the pool surface was extremely rough, hurting your feet if you stepped in too deep.

Nice pool and location. Bugs were on our bed, so I called reception and requested a new room because I couldn’t sleep on a bed with bugs, especially with our 3‑month‑old sharing it. The new room was in the second building, far from the rest of our family. The sheets were dirty too. No upgrade or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. I’m never staying here again. The idea worked for what I needed, but the beach was too far from the hotel and the pool was shut down because of volcanic ash that day. Finding the place was hard since the exit wasn’t clearly marked, and even the airport driver struggled to locate it.
