You should offer more variety for guests; the breakfast menu was very basic and I had to ask for dosa or poori. I only had breakfast on two of the four days. I paid my food bills the night before but didn’t receive a receipt. In the morning the system was down, so I had to pay again even though I’d already used my bank card, wasting time while my taxi waited. I gave my number for a callback, but never got any messages.

The location was fine, but the room’s air quality was poor and we needed fresh air; we had to ask for coffee sachets, shampoo was scarce, and the conditioner felt like glue, so overall I wasn’t happy.
