The structure was welcoming and clean, the staff very helpful, the hotel is in the historic city center but there is a multi‑storey parking lot with elevators just a few steps away. I recommend it.

“Confortevole ma non troppo”

I was impressed by the varied breakfast, both savory and sweet, and especially the range of herbal teas, as well as the sheep ricotta and Philadelphia, which is great for someone with lactose intolerance. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, the staff were friendly, the rooms were heated, and there was a double pillow option; the room was clean. However, part of the bed felt less comfortable because the springs of the mattress were more noticeable. The wooden furniture felt a bit retro, and the bathroom walls had several cracks. Parking is a bit of a challenge in the center, and we were moved to a different B&B. Since we had never stayed at B&B Caporella, I can't say whether the change was better or not, but based on the photos on the website, the rooms at Caporella seemed more modern, while the parking situation would likely have been the same.

I booked a place and when I arrived in the village, the owner told me we had to go to a hotel in the town center, and parking was very difficult, so I had to use a paid parking lot. I had booked a specific accommodation with parking, and at the last minute they sent me to a hotel I hadn't booked and that didn't meet my expectations. I find it very rude to be sent to a hotel you haven't seen, without prior notice, at the last hour of the afternoon and without the possibility to change the reservation.
