The room layout was quite good, but the constant noise in the corridor and especially the faulty industrial‑sized fridge‑freezer in our room kept turning on and off during the night. Why do you have these things? Are people doing a weekly shop?

Computers were down and check‑in was absolutely terrible and long. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Unfortunately everything.

We booked a two‑bedroom suite and the apartment itself was solid—beds comfortable, everything clean, and plenty of space for a family. We arrived at 4 PM, the official check‑in time, but the room wasn’t ready. No apology was offered, and we couldn’t get a clear estimate of when it would be available. The staff suggested we dine out and return later. When we said it was too early for dinner, they merely shrugged, as if it was our fault.

The room was roomy, pet‑friendly, and the staff were friendly. The operation was poorly managed: breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, but it wasn’t ready until 6:35—too late for road travelers. I arrived at 3:30 and asked for early check‑in; they promised to call me when the room was ready. Check‑in time was 4:00, but by 4:05 I hadn’t received a call, so I went to the desk to see if the room was ready. It was, but they never called. There were other small mishaps like this.
