This place is a wonderful, peaceful retreat with a luxurious boho design and top‑quality spa treatments; all the staff were amazing and super helpful. The only downside, as many other reviews mention, is the lack of a pool, and since we didn’t have a car we felt slightly isolated.

The bed is super, the shower is top, the room is pretty, and the breakfast is okay. There is no sauna or similar, and maintenance leaves something to be desired.

The setting and atmosphere are isolated and beautiful, perfect for relaxing. The common areas are extremely pleasant for quiet reading, surrounded by birdsong and fountain noise. The scented ambience in the hotel and the restaurant’s soundtrack are very successful. The location is ideal, perfectly situated between Nicosia and Larnaca. The food is well executed, and the mocktails prepared by the server are very good. The staff responded quickly to a hygiene issue at arrival, and I appreciate their responsiveness. The bathroom’s initial cleanliness was lacking: the shower head was dirty, the toilet edges were neglected, and there were stains on the tiles. Even though it was cleaned after we reported it, that level of cleanliness should have been checked before we settled in. Breakfast needs improvement: despite a varied selection, the quality is not up to par (the fruit and cereals are not fresh or are stale). Only drip coffee is included; latte costs €4.50 extra, which seems excessive given the overall breakfast service.

I learned after my reservation was confirmed that the Turkish Republic of Cyprus had not authorized it, and when I requested a refund I was denied; my money was gone and I desperately needed their support.

The bedding was very comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep, the design and use of space were nice, and we had quick access to the event venue; however, the service staff could have been better trained to anticipate needs, the greens at breakfast were not fresh, and the glasses in the room and at breakfast were dirty around the rims.
