“Malgré quelques manques cités un séjour superbe”
The location is extraordinary, right in the heart of old Naples. The simple breakfast has a view of the Gesú Nuovo church, towels are clean on demand, and the building has a doorman. The common area (the kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher) lacks enough dishes for the number of tenants, and overall it’s not very well managed; stricter rules are needed. The huge TV suggests the space can be used at the expense of the roommates’ quiet. The shared balcony allows outdoor meals without regard for those already sleeping. The property has three rooms: rooms 1 and 2 with private outdoor bathrooms, room 1 without a window; ventilation is too weak, between the oven inside and the air‑conditioned kitchen, I got sick in France. The rubber seal on the shower leaks, leaving a puddle each time you shower, the same issue in room 2. Room 3 has a view of Vésuve and an impeccable indoor bathroom. A general advice on etiquette, especially concerning the huge armored door that sounds like a freight train when closed, would help; closing it gently would be better.
