I really liked the city and the beaches. I did not like the lodge; the cleanliness was lacking, with many leaves not swept, and the place I stayed in had no stove, no TV, and few utensils, contrary to the description.

I want to record my feedback about the stay. When we arrived at the lodge, there was no staff or other guest present, and everything was very dark. A staff member left the key on the door, and we had no contact with anyone from the team throughout the stay. Moreover, the room was never cleaned; we found a cockroach in the room and the pool was dirty. All of this gave us a feeling of insecurity and made the experience very unpleasant. This was my fourth time in Pipa, a place I really like, but unfortunately the experience at this lodge fell far below expectations. I regret that it was like this, as I believe the minimum expected from accommodation is a clean, safe environment with necessary support for guests. Thank you for your attention, but unfortunately this was my first and last stay at this lodge.

I really liked the lodge space; it is very comfortable, spacious, and perfect for two people. The electric shower and the air conditioner worked perfectly.
