I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff, but the breakfast was a mixed bag – the quality was great, yet the seating was awful; the low coffee tables made it really uncomfortable to sit and eat.

The location was spot‑on, but the shower head was broken; water leaked sideways from the head and only a little came out of the holes. I reported the issue right away.
