The place was all right and the rooms were comfy, but the staff were a real pain. When we got there they wouldn’t give us a room, claiming none were available. I had to spend 300 rupees to get there and 250 rupees to go back, which was a hassle.

I never even checked in because they said my booking wasn’t confirmed, so I was left disappointed. They told me no rooms were available at that time, so I had to stay somewhere else.

Nothing good at all. The staff told me no rooms were available even though I’d booked a week ahead. My family and I had to wander around looking for a place, and we finally found one but it cost more because it was a long weekend.

They cancelled my booking on their own without telling me, and then wouldn’t give me another room. Their behaviour was disgusting; I’ll never book here again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
