The neighborhood is quiet, yet there are plenty of places that stay open late for a bite. Our room was spacious and peaceful, and the staff were super helpful, even holding onto our luggage for a while. A large supermarket with an ATM is just a five‑minute walk away and opens early.[/BODY]

The room was swarming with mosquitoes – even the wall had dead ones stuck to it. The shower was just a hard stream with no head, and the air‑conditioner rattled like a nightmare; the ceiling fan only blew more dust around. To make matters worse, the window faced the hallway so we heard constant chatter, and there was no coffee available in the morning.[/BODY]

Michel and Yessica were incredibly friendly and took care of everything, even letting us add an extra night at the last minute. The rooms we stayed in were clean and roomy, and the hostel provides cold drinks and organized outings. With a group of nine, however, the experience varied – the ground‑floor rooms dealt with street noise and a noisy dog that roamed at night, laundry costs were steep, and breakfast was limited to scrambled eggs and arepas.[/BODY]
