L'emplacement était idéal, très proche de St Pancras et de nombreuses stations de métro. Tout était propre, le petit déjeuner était très bien, le personnel agréable. Parfois un peu de mal à avoir de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain (mais jamais d'eau glacée non plus, c'était correct)

The only bright spot was the location. There was no tea or sugar in the room, the man at reception was very rude at check‑in, the television didn’t work and required fiddling, and the breakfast was a crappy continental spread—not a full English, which wasn’t mentioned. We couldn’t get breakfast because the dining room was full and a queue of 10 people waited outside. No idea how this place earned its good reviews; it’s awful and poorly run—avoid.
