The place was spotless, the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was amazing.
The staff are also very attentive and make sure everything runs smoothly.
This hotel's location is a real winner - it's quiet and right next to the town center and a big shopping mall.
The view from the big balcony is just stunning.

Breakfasts were varied and delicious, I recommend this place.
Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Convenient location, close to Śnieżka and the promenade. The only issue I have is the Wi‑Fi – it didn't work at all, I couldn't connect.
Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and everything was calm. The mattress was definitely too soft, but you can’t have everything.

The property’s location is fantastic—right by the trail to Śnieżka, the lift, and only a ten‑minute walk from the town centre and promenade. The biggest draw is the delicious, varied breakfasts made from fresh ingredients that never ran out. Our double room was more than adequate and spotless, with fresh‑smelling linens and towels; the bed was high, large and fitted with a soft mattress that I found extremely comfortable. The spacious, clean bathroom with a roomy shower cabin was another plus, and despite the hotel being fully booked, we never experienced any shortage of hot water. It was a wonderful trip for my wife and me, and I highly recommend it. Overall I rate the stay very highly and can’t spot major flaws; the only minor point is the building and its surroundings, which could use a light refresh, but that shouldn’t deter you—the interior looks far better than the exterior.
