The team was friendly and swapped us into a new room when the air‑conditioner broke, plus they let us leave late at no extra cost. The only issue was that the dishware wasn’t cleaned properly and there weren’t enough tea bags left each day.

The hotel is always pleasant, clean, and in a good spot near Cable Beach, with roomy rooms and decent prices during the shoulder or off‑season. However, security is weak: ground‑floor units can be accessed from outside, the fly screens have no locks, so you have to keep the doors shut and rely on air‑con instead of enjoying the lovely Kimberley breeze. Also, floor‑choice requests don’t seem to get through to the staff, so you’ll need to write it in yourself.

The place was very clean, spacious, and private, with rooms that felt modern and comfortable. I had no dislikes, just a few possible improvements: more shaded spots by the pool, since there were only a limited number of umbrellas, and an option for a firmer pillow, because all the pillows were very soft.
