The pool, room cleanliness, staff, and location were all good, though sometimes there was noise.

I’ve stayed here several times now and the host is always so helpful, kind, and attentive—he greets me with the biggest smile! The location is great, and the pool and garden area are perfect for relaxing. I’d definitely recommend The Uma and will keep coming back whenever I visit Canggu.

The staff were very nice, so I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but unfortunately it was not OK. There were blood stains, cockroaches on the bed, a bad smell, cat urine everywhere, and stains and old stuff all over.
